Three-Day Faculty Development Training Workshop Day-2: Second day of the Three-Day Faculty Development Training Workshop started with a lecture of Ms. Maham Tariq and Ms. Sadia Sahar (Lecturers Computer Science, GCWUF). They provided hands-on training on GCWUF portal and online teaching methodology. During the lecture, the speakers interacted with the audience from which the audience learned a lot. The second lecture was delivered by Ms. Amara Javed (Additional Director of Press Media & Publication, GCWUF) on Myths and Methods in Public Speaking. She focused on various aspects of connected speech that are essential to learn by L2 speakers and listeners while interacting with students in classroom or listening to native speakers. Later, Dr. Samina Tahira (Head of the Education Department, GCWUF) lectured on Assessment and evaluation. The audience asked the resource person their queries relating to different assessment methodologies, to which she responded accordingly. The last session of the second day was held by Ms. Fehmida Ayub (Incharge Department of Health & Physical Education, GCWUF), which was an interactive session. The resource persons asked the audience to perform different activities to manage stress. The second day ended with the closing remarks by Ms. Gul Sana (the focal person).
